How to request deletion

   Use your registered contact

   Send the request from the email address associated with your account whenever possible.

   Identify the app and school

   Include “Kyzen Campus School,” your registered email or phone number, and your school name. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents by email.

   Complete verification

   Kyzen Campus or your school may ask you to confirm your school and the student account linked to you before deletion is approved.

What will be deleted

After a verified request is approved, we will delete or permanently deactivate the account credentials and direct personal data that are no longer needed to provide the service. This normally includes:

• Your Kyzen Campus authentication account and ability to sign in
• Active mobile sessions, device notification tokens and app-access assignments
• Profile and contact data that are not required as part of a school record
• Uploaded personal files that are not required for safeguarding, academic, employment, financial or legal purposes

Information that may be retained

Kyzen Campus is a school platform. Some data belongs to the school's official academic, attendance, communication, employment, transport, payment, safeguarding or audit record. The school may need to retain those records to meet legal and operational duties.

Where retention is required, access to the app will still be removed and the remaining information will be restricted, minimized, anonymized or deleted when the applicable retention period ends. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations.

Timing and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within 7 days and complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless the request is complex or a legal retention requirement applies. You will receive confirmation at the registered contact address when processing is complete or if more information is required.

You may cancel the request before processing is completed by replying to the request email.
